要求
1. 學士學位 (藝術管理/活動管理或相關學科)
2. HKDSE/HKCEE：中英文 4級/C級或以上 (接受政府CRE成績)
3. 具有10年的工作經驗，其中5年擔任監督職位，於表演場地/藝術團體中，負責協調文化表演/項目/節慶活動
4. 具備準備和談判與表演藝術管理相關的公共活動協議/合同的經驗。
職責
1. 監督香港流行文化節的計劃、發展和執行的程序和活動
2. 與內部團隊和外部利益相關者合作，以確保所有節慶活動的成功交付
3. 與藝術家、表演者和承包商協調
4. 與市場營銷團隊合作，制定促銷策略，以最大化節慶參與和觀眾互動
5. 有效管理項目時間表、預算，進行預測和報告，並推動可衡量的結果，以達成設定目標
6. 監控和評估每個節目程序，並確定改進和調整的領域
7. 監督下屬員工（如有）。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (art management/ performing arts /related field)
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese and English Level 4/ Grade C (CRE Level 2 acceptable)
3. 10 years of work experience, of which 5 years in supervisory role, in performance venues/ arts groups/ arts organizations, for coordination of cultural performances, projects and/or festival events
4. have experience of preparing and negotiating agreements/contracts for public events related to performing arts management
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festivals' programmes and events
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all festival activities
3. Coordinate with artists, performers and contractors
4. Work with the marketing team and come up with promotional strategies to maximize festival participation and audience engagement
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, forecast and report effectively, and drive tangible and measurable results against set goals
6. Monitor and evaluate each festival programme and identify areas for improvement and adjustments;
7. Supervise subordinate staff, if any
