要求:
1. 學士學位
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文 3級/D 或以上
3. 熟悉中英文文字處理、MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
4. 一年行政工作經驗,熟悉政府文件/檔案系統優先
職責:
1. 提供行政支援 (如資源管理、資訊科技支援、採購及庫存、系統、記錄和檔案管理)
2. 協助處理查詢和投訴,處理申請,編制統計數據,並製作項目報告
3. 協助進行記錄、數據庫管理、檔案工作
4. 為會議/場地檢查/活動提供後勤和行政支持
Requirements:
1. a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
2. Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
3. proficiency in the application of common business software (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing
4. one year of relevant working experience, preferably be familiar with the filing system in the government
Resbonsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support, including but not limited to resource management, IT support, procurement & inventory, and systems, records & file management;
2. To assist in handling enquiries and complaints, processing applications, compiling statistical data and producing reports for projects
3. To assist in records and database management, documentation and filing work
4. To provide logistical and administrative support to meetings/site inspection/events
