政府客戶服務助理 (票務/客服/文書/售票) Customer Service Assistant (Ticketing/Clerk/Venue/CS/reception)

要求:

1. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5科 (包括中文、英文及數學) 第 2/E 級或以上 

2. 具備兩年工作經驗,最好是在政府或公共機構,並且有兩年操作電腦化票務系統方面的工作經驗,負責批量訂票的發行、處理票務的更換、退款、退票及遺失等情況,以及處理來自客戶的服務請求、查詢和投訴,包括活動主辦方和票務購買者。

3. 具備良好的客戶服務能力

4. 精通電腦及常用軟件的應用,包括Microsoft Excel和Microsoft Word


職責:

1.提供中央訂票處(CBO)日常運作的行政支援,包括批量訂票的發行、處理票務的更換、退款和退票,以及URBTIX活動的遺失票務案件。

2. 以專業的方式回答URBTIX各售票處的查詢,提供準確的信息或將案件轉介給承包商跟進,並保持查詢記錄。

3. 處理URBTIX活動主辦方的查詢,例如提供票務銷售情況及檢查票務銷售報告上的信息。

4. 協助主管準備每日票務銷售的對賬,並核實所有的更換、退款和退票票務。

5. 執行與一般辦公室相關的基本文書工作,並在必要時為不同團隊提供部門支援。

Requirements:

1. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5 subjects (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) Level 2/E or above

2. TWO years of working experiences, preferably in the Government or public organisations and TWO years of solid hands-on working experience in operating computerized ticketing system for issuance of bulk booking tickets, handling of exchange, refund, return and loss of tickets cases, and handling of service requests, enquiries and complaints from customers including event presenters and ticket buyers.

Responsibilities:

1. To perform administrative support In daily operation of Central Booking Office (CBO), including the issuance of bulk booking tickets, handling of exchange, refund and return of tickets as well as the lost tickets cases of URBTIX events

2. To answer enquiries from URBTIX Outlets by providing accurate information or referring the cases to the contractor for follow-up in a professional manner, and keeping records of enquiries

3. To handle enquiries from the presenters of URBTIX events such providing the ticket sales and checking the information on the ticket sales report

4. To assist supervisor on the preparation of daily reconciliation of ticket sales and verifying all tickets of exchange, refund and return 

5. To perform general and basic clerical duties relating to general office and provide departmental support to different teams if necessary

6. To perform reception duties.
