要求：
1. 學士學位或以上。持有商業管理、金融、風險管理或相關學科的學位者優先考慮。
2. 至少3年的商業/企業/投資銀行或會計/諮詢經驗。
3. 良好的分析和風險管理能力。
4. 具備良好的人際關係和溝通技巧，能夠團隊合作。
5. 能在壓力和緊迫的截止日期下工作。
6. 良好的英語和中文（包括普通話）口語及書寫能力。
7. 精通MS Office應用程序，包括中文文字處理。
8. 注重細節，具備良好的分析和報告寫作能力，以及良好的信用判斷能力。
職責：
1. 進行風險與回報分析，並準備提交給高層管理的提案。
2. 收集客戶的相關財務及其他數據，並與部門內的行業關係團隊合作，以清晰關鍵方面，準備分析和提案。
3. 在需要時與高層管理一起訪問客戶，以深入了解客戶的運作。
4. 評估客戶的風險概況，並對潛在風險及緩解措施提供獨立建議。
5. 協助與客戶就對香港的投資需求進行談判。
6. 追蹤和監控市場發展及客戶相關新聞，以識別新興風險。
7. 對與目標客戶相關的各方進行盡職調查。
8. 編制關鍵客戶的每月進度報告。
9. 在香港跨多個行業尋找交叉銷售機會。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above. Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines have a priority
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/corporate/investment banking or accounting/consulting
3. Strong analytical and risk management skills
4. Team player with tactful interpersonal and communication skills
5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
7. Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
8. Detailed-oriented, good analytical and report writing skills with sound credit judgment
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk and reward analyses and prepare proposals for submission to senior management
2. Gathering relevant financial and other data on the clients and engaging with industry sector relationship teams within the department, to clarify key aspects in preparing the analyses and proposals
3. Participate in client visits with senior management, when required, to gain deeper insight into client operations
4. Evaluate client's risk profile and give independent recommendations on potential risks and mitigation measures
5. Assist in negotiations with clients on investment requirements into Hong Kong
6. Track and monitor market developments and client-related news for emerging risks
7. Perform due diligence checks on parties associated with the target client
8. Compile monthly reports for progress on key clients
9. Cross-selling opportunities in Hong Kong across multiple industry sectors
