要求：
1. 學士學位或以上 (相關科學或工程科目)
2. 具備 5 年在減廢、回收、廢物設施管理或環境相關領域的工作經驗；3 年在政府部門擔任監督級別的工作經驗 ；3 年在營運數據平台/應用程式的合約管理工作經驗
3. HKDSE / HKCEE: 中文及英文達第 3 級 / C 級 (接受CRE 2級)
職責：
1. 客戶服務營運監督：領導環境保護督察團隊，管理針對「綠綠賞」電子積分計劃及其他IT平台的公眾查詢。協調回應並監督後續行動
2. 回收地圖數據管理：維護和更新包含超過8,000個可回收物品收集點的數據庫，包括回收站、回收商店、回收點及其他各種廢物回收計劃下的設施。
3. 宣傳和教育工作協調：協調減廢網站的宣傳活動，通過「綠綠賞」應用程式、減廢網站進行宣傳。
4. 「綠綠賞」電子積分計劃和應用程式的合同管理：管理和監控供應商的合約執行，以確保符合合約要求。協調供應商進行系統的改進或升級，以應對特別環保活動。負責新系統或移動應用增強的合同準備和管理。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (relevant science or engineering subject)
2. 5 years of working experience in waste reduction, recovery / recycling, waste facilities management or other environmental related fields; 3 years in supervisory level in Government; 3 years working experience in contract management for operating / hosting a digital data platform / mobile application
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chi & Eng Level 3/ Grade C (CRE Level 2 acceptable)
Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of Customer Service Operation: Lead a team of Environmental Protection Inspectors to manage public enquiries for the GREEN$ Electronic Participation Incentive Scheme and other IT platforms. Coordinate responses and oversee follow-up actions
2. Management of Recycling Map Data: Oversee the maintenance and updating of a database containing over 8,000 recyclable collection points, including Recycling Stations, Recycling Stores, Recycling Spots and other facilities under various waste recycling programme.
3. Coordination of Promotional and Educational Efforts: Coordinate the increasing promotional activities of WRRG's information to be promulgated through GREEN$ App, Waste Reduction website and other promotional campaign.
4. Contract Management of GREEN$ e-PIS system and GREEN$ Mobile Application: Manage and monitor the vendors for contract execution on GREEN$ e-PIS system and GREEN$ Mobile Application to ensure the compliance with contract requirements. Coordinate vendors for system refinements or upgrades for special environmental events. Contract preparation and management for new system or mobile application enhancements.
