要求：
1. 學士學位 (科學/工程/環境管理/技術科目優先)
2. 5 年以上智慧型回收系統、廢棄物減量、廢棄物回收、循環再利用、廢棄物設施管理、環境教育或相關環境領域的工作經驗。具備智慧型回收系統合約管理經驗者優先
3. HKDSE / HKCEE: 中文及英文達第 3 級 / C 級 (接受CRE 2級)
職責：
1. 準備有關智能回收設備的報價文件和管理合約，並監察承包商的表現，以確保遵守合約責任和政府法規
2. 就智能回收設備的應用點和功能進行策略規劃和方案開發
3. 擬備和更新與智能回收設備有關的文件、資料摘要、指引、簡報及其他必要資料
4. 整合回收數據，並進行分析，以便進行策略規劃、計劃管理和智能回收設備的開發
5. 在智能回收設備的實地視察中擔當監督角色，並檢查相關操作是否符合規定
6. 提供專業意見，回應公眾對智能回收及／或廢物管理的查詢及投訴
7. 透過人工智能分析及硬件改進，發展及提升智能回收裝置的運作及數據分析
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a science, engineering, or environmental management and technology subject)
2. 5 years of working experience in smart recycling systems, waste reduction, waste recovery, recycling, waste facility management, environmental education or related environmental domains. Experience in contract management of smart recycling systems is advantageous;
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chi & Eng Level 3/ Grade C (CRE Level 2 acceptable)
Responsibilities:
1. To prepare quotation documents and manage contracts in relation to Smart Recycling Devices, and monitor the performance of the contractors to ensure the compliance of contractual obligations and government regulations;
2. To conduct strategic planning, and programme development in application points and functionalities of Smart Recycling Devices;
3. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the Smart Recycling Devices;
4. To consolidate recycling data and conduct analysis for strategic planning, programme management and development of Smart Recycling Devices;
5. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the Smart Recycling Devices, and the related operation for compliance check;
6. To provide professional input in responding to public enquiries and complaints concerning Smart Recycling and/or waste management;
7. To development and enhance Smart Recycling Devices operation and data analysis though AI-driven analytics and hardware advancement
