要求：
1. 學士學位，主修歷史、市場學或教育優先
2. HKDSE/HKCEE：5科合格（包括中英文)
3. 有教育、市場推廣或客戶服務相關工作經驗者優先
職責：
1. 為博物館計畫的規劃與執行提供行政支援（e.g. 起草會議記錄、編製報表、輸入資料；記錄歸檔等）。
2. 就項目事宜與相關人員聯絡（e.g. 實施計劃及成本預算等）
3. 協助監察項目的進度及更新進度報告
4. 協助準備及編輯博物館計劃的展覽、教育及宣傳資料
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in History, Marketing or Education
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5 subjects pass including Chinese & English
3. Working experience in education, marketing or customer service related areas is preferable
Responsibilities:
1. To Manage the Interactive Zone for "United in Arms Standing for Peace 80th Anniversary of Chinese Victory in the War of Resistance Exhibition" exhibition
(e.g. studying the training materials provided by the Museum, conducting various workshops, preparing and managing the distribution of educational pamphlet, handling the enquiries etc.)
2. To provide assistance to the Education Activities Sub-unit
(e.g. preparing and monitoring education activities for the general public, especially several talks series, conducting outreach workshops, counting attendance and reporting to supervisors, helping with the reception work, etc.)
3. To provide general clerical support and perform tasks related to customer services, (e.g. distributing questionnaires to collect visitors' comments, referring visitors' suggestions to the respective sub-unit for follow-up actions, keeping records for the use of docent service audio equipment and handling the loan/return of equipment, etc.)
