要求:
1. HKDSE/HKCEE:中英文科 2/ E級 或以上
2. 4年行政/文書/辦公室支援工作經驗;其中包括2年在政府/文化服務部門的經驗
3. 懂中英文打字
4. 精通MS WORD和EXCEL(e.g. 懂設置Excel公式, mail merge)
5. 良好電話禮儀
職責:
1. 協助協調一般及部門間的預訂申請
2. 協助管理常規租用者的數據庫、預訂時間表及評估記錄;並解答租用者及公眾有關設施租用的查詢
3. 協助在部門的電腦系統中輸入及核實租用者的預訂記錄
4. 協助編制有關預訂申請和場地使用的數據,並準備每月的預訂文件
5. 執行文書及辦公室行政工作(例如:清理文件盤、整理/分發文件、寄信、傳真及影印等)
Requirements:
1. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese & English Lv2/E or above
2. 4 year administrative / clerical / office support working experience; including 2 years in Government / cultural services sector
3. Knowledge in Chinese & English typing
4. Proficiency in MS WORD and EXCEL (be able to set-up Excel formula)
5. Good telephone manner
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in coordinating general and inter-departmental booking applications
2. To assist in managing databases for regular hirers, booking schedules and evaluation records; and addressing inquiries from hirers and the public about facility hiring
3. To assist in inputting and verifying the booking records of hirers in the department’s computerised system;
4. To assist in compiling data on booking applications and venue usage and in preparing monthly booking papers
5. To perform clerical and office administrative duties (e.g. clear trays and to sort/distribute documents, mail letters, faxing and photocopying etc.)
