要求：
1. 大學學位（主修金融/ 工商管理/ 經濟/ 保險/ 健康相關優先）
2. HKDSE: 中文及英文達2級；或
HKCEE 中文達D級及英文達E級
3. 兩年以上全職工作經驗，且在以下一個或多個領域擁有相關經驗：
- 金融業或人壽/醫療保險業務的法律、合規或監管工作
- 保險營運 （風險核保、醫療核保、預授權或理賠管理）*
- 保險產品開發
- 健康保險相關專案管理
4. 擁有金融業專案管理或產品開發經驗者優先考慮
*不包括：前線服務（例如保險中介、代理管理、銀行保險、銷售和分銷或客戶服務）和一般行政支援服務（例如品牌管理或轉型管理）
職責：
1. 支援方案規則/文件的審核與更新
2. 根據最新方案規則/文件，協助醫院保險產品認證及再認證程序
3. 協助新福利方案設計（例如住院中醫福利）的分析和諮詢研究
4. 準備產品資料並檢查VHIS網站內容的更新情況，包括認證計畫清單、計畫搜尋和聊天機器人
5. 對VHIS供應商網站進行隨機抽查
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance or health related discipline)
2. HKDSE: Level 2 in Chinese & English; OR
HKCEE: Grade D in Chinese & Grade E in English
3, 2 years’ full-time post-qualification work experience in one or more of the following areas:
‐ legal and compliance or regulatory work for the financial industry or life/medical
insurance business;
‐ insurance operations (risk underwriting, medical underwriting, pre-authorisation or claims management)*
- insurance product development
‐ health insurance related project management.
4. Experience in project management or product development within the financial sector is advantageous.
*Not counted: frontline services (e.g. insurance intermediary, agency management, bancassurance, sales and distribution or customer service) and general administration support services (e.g. brand management or transformation management)
Responsibilities:
1. support the review and update of Scheme Rules/Documents
2. assist in hospital insurance product certification and recertification procedures in accordance with the latest Scheme Rules/Documents
3. assist in the analysis and/or consultancy study for new benefit design (e.g. inpatient Chinese medicine benefit)
4. prepare product data and conduct checking for the updating of VHIS website contents, including the lists of Certified Plans, Plan Search and Chatbot
5. conduct ad hoc random checks of the websites of VHIS Providers
