要求:
1. 大學學位 (行銷/廣告/傳播/文化研究或相關專業學位)
2. HKDSE/HKALE: 中文及英文達第5/C級或以上
3. 三年活動企劃/藝術行政/公共關係/行銷經驗(有康文署工作經驗者更佳)
4. 精通微軟Word、Excel及中文文字處理軟體
職責:
1. 協助經理協調辦公室的預訂、票務和後勤安排
2. 協助經理推廣和發展中國文化節的品牌 (e.g. 與社群媒體承包商合作制定內容策略和路線圖,監督數位宣傳資料的製作,管理辦公室的線上平台和社群媒體管道,並監控線上互動,以提高知名度和受眾覆蓋範圍)
3. 協助經理安排媒體採訪,協調新聞發布會,與媒體機構聯絡,宣傳推廣文化節,並回應媒體問詢,以擴大報道範圍
4. 協助經理在文化節活動期間提供現場支持,與場地和團隊協調,協助執行活動安排,並根據需要處理營運問題;
5. 協助實施「Cheers!」系列活動 (e.g. 與經紀人/藝人聯絡,以了解後勤和技術需求)
6. 協助經理處理辦公室日常行政事務,包括整理統計報表、跟進活動日程、處理票務事宜以及會議後勤支援
Requirements:
1. Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication / Cultural Studies or related fields or equivalent
2. HKDSE/ HKALE: Level 5/ C or above in Chinese and English
3. 3 years' experience in event management / performing arts administrations / public relations / marketing (with working experience in LCSD is an advantage)
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Responsibilities:
1. To assist the Manager(s) in coordinating booking, ticketing and logistic arrangement for the office
2. To assist the Manager in promoting and developing the branding of the Chinese Culture Festival, including working with the social media contractor to develop content strategies and roadmap, supervising the production of digital publicity materials, managing the online platforms and social media channels for the office, and monitoring online engagement to maximise visibility and audience reach
3. To assist the Manager in arranging media interviews, coordinating press events, liaising with media organisations in respect of promotion and publicity of the festival, and responding to media requests to maximise coverage;
4. To assist the Manager in providing on-site support during Festival events, coordinating with venues and teams, assisting in execution of event arrangements, and handling operational issues as needed.
5. To assist in implementation of programmes under the 'Cheers!' Series including to liaise with agents/artists for the logistics and technical requirements;
