Procurement Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate procurement-related documents to ensure smooth operations
  • Collect delivery notes and invoices for payment processing
  • Place orders to suppliers and monitor/report on delivery schedules
  • Maintain data accuracy and inventory control in internal systems
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present procurement performance insights
  • Perform regular data entry and maintenance in internal systems
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the procurement team
  • Focus on data management and reporting for the Procurement Department
  • Review, manage, and process purchase orders to payment applications
  • Oversee the collection, management, quality, and protection of procurement data
  • Monitor data and prepare regular reports for management review
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • Experience with procurement systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with data analysis capabilities
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present data and insights
