Office Receptionist and Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with scheduling
  • Supporting administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and supply management
  • Sample classification and packing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with equivalent experience in office administration or customer service
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
  • Familiar with phone systems and basic office equipment
  • 1–2 years in a similar role in design, hospitality, or creative industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese ,and Mandarin
