Office Receptionist and Admin
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with scheduling
- Supporting administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and supply management
- Sample classification and packing
Requirements:
- High school diploma with equivalent experience in office administration or customer service
- Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Familiar with phone systems and basic office equipment
- 1–2 years in a similar role in design, hospitality, or creative industries is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese ,and Mandarin
