Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations, including arranging accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), bookkeeping, data processing, and filing.
• Prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
• Monitor and analyze costs and cooperate with the project team to meet the budget goal
• Assist in preparing interim and annual reports, including financial statements and audit reports, etc
• To deal with other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accountancy or finance-related field
• Over 3 years of accounting experience or above with hands-on MYOB is a must
• Knowledge of Excel is highly preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, accurate and attentive to details
