Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents
- Support the sales team in preparing promotional materials and presentations
- Assist in coordinating orders, providing customer support, and participating in sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding service delivery and orders
- Maintain departmental database records and filing systems
- Provide regular office administration and ad-hoc support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales administration, or project management
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with an open mindset
- Attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is advantageous
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
