Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java and .Net frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to design and implement APIs and web services for seamless integration between client-side and server-side components.
- Analyze and optimize application code for efficient data retrieval, processing, and storage, considering factors such as database design, query optimization, and caching mechanisms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment, while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure the stability and performance of backend systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder of Information Technology and any related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Java and .Net languages, with a strong understanding of their respective frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) and toolsets commonly used in backend development.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and web services, employing technologies such as JAX-RS, ASP.NET Web API, and JSON/XML for data exchange.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL, including the ability to design and optimize complex database schemas, write efficient queries, and perform database tuning.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to ensure efficient code management and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues in a distributed, multi-tiered application environment, employing tools such as log analysis, monitoring systems, and debugging tools.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
