要求:
1. 中五畢業
2. HKDSE/HKCEE:五科及格,包括中文和英文
3. 至少三年全職文書工作經驗,其中至少一年政府部門工作經驗
職責:
1. 協助行政部門新辦公室的籌備工作,例如家具和設備的準備。
2. 處理財務和付款事宜,例如匯總銀行對帳單、更新支出記錄、編制採購訂單和付款通知單。
3. 更新庫存記錄並安排分發。
4. 收集各類培訓課程報名表並更新訓練紀錄。
5. 安排本地/航空郵件寄送並維護郵資支付登記簿。
6. 提供一般行政支持,例如會議室預訂、停車場安排和接待訪客。
7. 維護文件系統,執行歸檔和登記工作。
Requirements:
1. F.5 graduated
2. HKDSE/HKCEE: 5 subjects pass, including Chinese & English
3. At least 3 years full-time working clerical experience, including 1 year in government office
Responsibilities:
1. To assist with the preparation work on the opening of new office for administration unit, e.g. furniture and equipment preparation
2. To handle finance and payment matters e.g. consolidating bank statements, updating expenditure records, preparing purchase orders and payment memo
3. To update inventory record and arrange bi-monthly stock distribution
4. To collate various returns for enrolling training courses and update training records
5. To arrange the local /airmailing and maintain a register of postage payment
6. To provide general administrative support such as conference room booking, carpark arrangement and receiving visitors of the Office
7. To maintain the filing system, perform filing and registry work
