1. 提供一般行政、文書和接待
2. 檢索文件/文檔存檔/資料輸入/掃描等
3. 派送文件
5. 接收辦公用品、小型設備,並協助在辦公室內分發物品
Requirements:
1. HKDSE/CE: 5 subjects pass (including Chinese & English)
Responsibilities:
1. To provide general administrative, clerical and reception support
2. To locate/retrieve files/documents for data input or scanning images into the computer
3. To discharge any other clerical duties in this office; dispatch, delivery and postal-service related duties
4. Receiving office stocks, minor workshop equipment and assist to distribute goods inside office
