What You'll Do
• Partner with management on corporate finance and strategic projects
• Prepare financial and operational materials for investors and stakeholders
• Support due diligence, evaluation processes, and investment strategy formation
• Conduct market and industry research to guide decision making
• Assist in compliance, governance, and legal documentation
• Develop presentations and reports for internal and external audiences
• Participate in financial modelling, SWOT analysis, and business planning
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Investment, or related discipline (CFA/CPA a plus)
• 1+ years of relevant experience in finance or investor relations
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and strategic mindset
• Proactive, responsible, and thrives in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
