Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts and subsidiary accounts with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including general ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
- Deliver monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and analysis to guide business decisions.
- Utilize ERP/accounting systems for efficient reporting, asset management, and inventory control.
- Handle claims, payments, billings, and issue invoices accurately.
- Collaborate with regional accounting teams to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification with LCCI Higher Level certification.
- Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, ideally within multinational corporations, with exposure to the Asian market.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and confident communication ability.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
