Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer sample requests with efficiency and care.
- Liaise with the regulatory team to ensure all customer documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update customer product lists and databases for accuracy and accessibility.
- Verify product codes internally and externally to guarantee precision.
- Oversee the distribution of samples to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide essential administrative support, including paperwork and information verification.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within manufacturing.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a conscientious approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
