Key Responsibilities
• Handle and process customer sample requests.
• Coordinate with the regulatory team on documentation required by customers.
• Maintain and update customer product lists and databases.
• Verify internal and external product codes to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the distribution of samples to customers.
• Perform general administrative duties, including paperwork and information verification.
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Detail-oriented, with a meticulous and conscientious approach to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Immediate or short notice availability will be a strong advantage.
