Key Responsibilities
• Sample Requests: Manage customer sample requests and coordinate distribution.
• Regulatory Support: Collaborate with the regulatory team to provide required documentation to customers.
• Customer Data Management: Update and maintain customer product lists with precision.
• Code Verification: Check and validate internal and external codes for customer records.
• Operational Assistance: Handle paperwork, information checks, and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Team Support: Provide reliable day to day assistance to the Sales Director and sales team.
