What You’ll Do
• Identify and capture new business opportunities in Hong Kong’s dynamic food service sector.
• Promote and sell a curated portfolio of high quality pastry ingredients to both loyal and new clients.
• Build lasting partnerships with chefs, bakers, and procurement teams who value innovation and quality.
• Stay ahead of market trends through research and competitor insights.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that spark excitement.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking gatherings.
What You Bring
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in food service—ideally with bakeries, hotels, clubs, catering, or restaurants.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A proactive, goal driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strategic thinking and proven ability to execute winning sales plans.
• Tech savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to meet clients on site—this role is as dynamic as the industry itself.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
