Responsibilities:
Provide office clerical support on:
- Bank and other reconciliations
- Match payments to invoices
- Filing, scan, copy
- Maintain the fixed assets register
- Prepare account balance analysis and schedules
- Other accounting and reporting functions
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in Business, Accounting, or any related subjects
- Having related working experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good command of speaking and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, proactive team player with a detail-oriented mind
