Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing and executing sales/ marketing strategies
• Approach prospective clients by arranging showroom visits and providing product solutions
• Prepare sales forecast, quotations, invoices, proposals, and presentations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Strive to achieve sales target and other performance KPI as set
• Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
• Handle sales-related issues and complaints from clients
• Collect and analyze market trends and information for management
• In charge of digital marketing in IG, Facebook, Wechat and Xiaohongshu if needed

Requirements:

• High Diploma with related sales & marketing, or business development experience
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Outgoing, pro-active, self-motivated and result-driven
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with good time management and multi-tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and any presentation tools
• Ability to work under pressure and strict timeframes
• Experience in sales and marketing roles in the interior design or furniture industries is a plus
