Sales Operations Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related sales documents
  • Communicate with the internal and external parties about the billing issues
  • Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales activities
  • Maintain department database records and filing system
  • Support the sales operation team to ensure the smooth operation
  • Perform regular office administration support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales operations/sales administration/project management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with an open mind
  • Attend to details with strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, good at Excel is required
