Operations Officer (Artistic Librarian)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order processing and inventory management
• Sorting, organizing, and storing products in the warehouse
• Delivery of product samples to client offices
• Monitor the sample and material usage and delivery status
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
• Provide updated regular reports to management review with insights

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in logistic management or related subjects
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role in a design company is a plus
• Excellent in Excel in presenting order processing and inventory management
• Good sense with number and accuracy is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
