Team Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative duties such as correspondence, filing, data entry and general office management
  • Assisting with insurance-related admin tasks such as making proposals, policy renewals, claims processing and familiar with the team's existing platforms and tools
  • Supporting offline event planning, purchasing relevant materials and managing financial records
  • Collaborating with the administrative team to complete tasks assigned by the director


Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above with relevant experience as a similar administrative role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
  • Strong learning agility and self-motivated work ethic, capable of rapidly mastering business priorities.
  • Loyal, attentive to detail, responsible and a proactive communicator with good teamwork.
