Program Officer/ Manager (NGO)
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for organizing charity events and volunteer activities for the organization
- Oversee and monitor designated programs and activities to achieve KPIs
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders including management, partners, vendors, etc.
- Handle the logistics and support various functions for the programs and activities to ensure successful delivery
- Design program details, rundown, and all related materials if needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and correspondence if required
- Manage the social media for the organization to increase its awareness
- Conduct research and prepare program proposals to be organized
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or event management, preferably in NGO
- Organized and attentive to details, who can work independently with time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in social media management, MS Office, and presentation tools such as Canva
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Program Officer
