Project Coordinator (Interior Design/Building Material)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
• Assist in project timelines, budgets, and quality standards-related documents and reports
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Graduated from Interior Design or Art related disciplines with at least 1 year related work experience will have advantage
• Knowledge of site map and interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
• Independent with strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask who is willing to learn
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Fresh grads welcome and training will be provided
