Business Development Associate (Recruitment focus)

Responsibility:

• Build new corporate clients and maintain strong relationship with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet our client's needs.
• Manage candidates'  job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in ANY discipline
• RECENT GRADUATES are also welcomed!
• A good team player with affable communication skill
• Interest in Recruitment field is a MUST
• Good command in Chinese and English writing and oral
