HR Consultant [Recruitment]
Responsibilities:
- Building strong and close relationship with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing potential candidates with tailor-made strategies to meet clients' needs.
- Managing candidates and clients expectation to facilitate the hiring process.
- Offering up-to-date market insights to clients and candidates to guide them through the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates in any disciplines; immediately available will be an advantage.
- Native Cantonese with good command of English.
- Sales-oriented, proactive and have the patience to connect with people.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
- A strong team player who is self-motivated, energetic and ambitious.
