- Engage in end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial drafting job advertisement to sourcing candidates, facilitating recruitment processes, and delivering offers.
- Actively initiate and participate in calls and meetings with candidates to nurture close relationships.
Requirements
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder management, capable in thriving in a fast-pace and demanding environment.
- Demonstrate a self-starter mentality, with a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiasm in Recruitment and Sales.
- Native in Cantonese and language proficiency in English is a must.
- More related experience candidates will be considered as Senior Consultant.
