Entry Level Recruitment Advisor (Uncapped Incentives)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a comprehensive Recruitment Advisor, matching top talent with clients in assigned industry.
- Engage with new candidates through diverse channels such as cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements.
- Provide recruitment guidance and market insights to both candidates and clients when appropriate.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to streamline the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Native Cantonese speaker and Must be based in Hong Kong.
- Recent graduate with less than 3 years of working experience.
- Motivated, energetic and result-driven.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and equip the ability to interact with people of all levels.
