Job Duties:
(a) To assist in the implementation of the Fund’s Scholarship Schemes
(b) To assist in the operation of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund Awardees Association
(c) To liaise closely with the local tertiary institutions, music and dance-related arts groups
(d) To assist in the management of the Awardees Association’s website and social media accounts
(e) To assist in formulating publicity plans and implementing publicity initiatives
(f) To handle and keep proper records of expenses for the Schemes and the Awardees Association, and prepare progress reports
(g) To assist in reviewing the effectiveness of the Schemes and the operation of the Awardees Association
Requirements:
(a) Degree or equivalent, preferably in arts administration, music or dance
(b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE/HKCEE, or equivalent
(c) Minimum of two years’ post-qualification work experience in project administration, preferably in the field relevant to arts administration, music or dance
(d) Good planning, communication, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
(e) Proficiency in using e-mail, internet and PC applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Place of Work: Central Government Offices
Working Hours: 9:12 am – 6:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: $24,150/month
