Project Executive
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and follow up the working performances of the staff for the out-sourcing project
· Arranging working schedules of the staff and replacement service
· Handle and follow up clients' enquiries and service requests
· Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
Requirement:
· Higher Diploma or above with at least 1 year of working experience
· Pleasant with good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and excellent service attitude
· Well-organized, highly reliable, responsible, independent, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment
· Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
· English typing speed with 20/wpm and Chinese typing speed (by Simplified or Cangjie)
· Immediately available preferred
Working Location: Wan Chai District
Salary: $18,000 ~ $20,000 per month(Mon-FRi 10:00-19:00)
