工作內容:
- 協助法籍主廚進行並參與日常甜品製作,包括製作蛋糕、曲奇、馬卡龍、司康及其他甜品
- 負責原材料處理及準備工序
- 處理一般餅房事務
- 維持餅房日常運作及符合各項衛生標準
基本要求:
- 最少1-2年或以上餅房或中央廚房經驗
- 工作態度積極,有責任心,刻苦耐勞
- 有團隊合作精神
- 對食物及廚房的安全衛生具有知識
全職工作時間及福利:
- 5天工作週
- 工作時間: 星期一至五 08:00 - 18:00 (包括1小時休息時間)
- 每月7天例休
- 10-14天有薪年假
- 1天生日假 及 生日蛋榚1個
- 提供在職培訓
- 醫療及牙科保險
兼職: 每星期工作 3 - 5天; 每天工作10小時(包括1小時休息時間)
Job Description:
- Assist the French Executive Pastry Chef in pastry production, including making cakes, cookies, macaroons, scones and other kinds of pastry goods
- Participate in daily preparation of ingredients
- Maintain standard hygiene within the kitchen area and its operation
Requirement:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in bakery/ central kitchen
- Strong motivation and hard working
- Work closely with the team is a must
- Knowledgeable with food safety and kitchen hygiene
Working Hours & benefits:
- 5 days work week
- Working hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (1 hour meal break included)
- 7 days off per month (OFF on San and Sun in general)
- 10-14 days AL
- 1 day Birthday Leave + 1 Free birthday cake
