Job Description & Requirement 工作內容及要求:
Assist the French Executive Pastry Chef in pastry production, including making cakes, macaroons, scones and other kinds of pastry goods
協助法籍主廚進行並參與日常甜品製作,包括製作蛋糕、馬卡龍、司康及其他甜品
Participate in daily preparation of ingredients
負責原材料處理及準備工序
Maintain standard hygiene within the kitchen area and its operation
維持餅房日常運作,及確保廚房符合各項衛生標準
Strong motivation and hard working
工作態度積極及勤力
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in central kitchen
最少2-3年餅房或中央廚房經驗
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie - Pastry
經驗較多者將被考慮為 Chef de Partie - Pastry
