全職助理廚師 Full-time Sous Chef (Central Kitchen) (All nationalities are welcome)

Job Description:

  • Assist the French Executive Pastry Chef in managing day-to-day pastry production in central kitchen

  • Responsible for food preparation, production and general duties in kitchen

  • Supervise pastry team to ensure and deliver consistent high-quality food with passion

  • Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company

  • Oversee the hygiene and security standards of the Company

  • Prepare monthly staffs’ roster for labour arrangement

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related experience in dessert or pastry production with at least 2 years in supervisory level

  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented

  • Positive working attitude, passionate and self-motivated

  • Good communication skills, work independently and able to work under pressure

  • Good spoken English & Cantonese
