Job Description:
Assist the French Executive Pastry Chef in managing day-to-day pastry production in central kitchen
Responsible for food preparation, production and general duties in kitchen
Supervise pastry team to ensure and deliver consistent high-quality food with passion
Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company
Oversee the hygiene and security standards of the Company
Prepare monthly staffs’ roster for labour arrangement
Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of related experience in dessert or pastry production with at least 2 years in supervisory level
Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
Positive working attitude, passionate and self-motivated
Good communication skills, work independently and able to work under pressure
Good spoken English & Cantonese
