Our client, a leading global manufacturing group, is expanding and seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant to join the Hong Kong finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with solid accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage general accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger, profit & loss, and balance sheet.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and analysis reports.
• Oversee ERP/accounting system usage to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, asset management, and inventory control.
• Work closely with the sales team to monitor customer payments.
• Collaborate with regional accounting teams to standardize and enhance internal workflows.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff as needed.
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems.
• Independent, proactive, detail oriented, and self motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
