Your role
- To provide professional concierge and customer services to clients via phone call, email and livechat
- To handle customer enquiries or complaints globally, offer one-stop resolution and fulfill customer requests
- To grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers via phone call/ email
- To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- To resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Shift duty within 20:30 - 06:00 / 00:00 - 09:00 (with shift allowance)
To succeed in this role
- HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Customer-oriented, Good communication skills & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on mobile products and services is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
