Duties:
(a) To serve as subject officer for programmes of external hirers and Programme Team; communicating with various stakeholders, including but not limited to the Front of House and Stage Management Team, to ensure the smooth execution of events held at the venue
(b) To act as duty manager, monitoring the smooth running of daily operations and programmes, and handling complaints and emergency situations
(c) To manage the Content Management System (CMS) and arrange the schedules and allocation of the content for LED walls and digital displays, and to tackle with technical issue of the files received
(d) To manage publicity matters, oversee and manage the publicity materials received from hirers, and monitor the publicity areas at all public places
(e) To assist the Manager in the procurement of goods, services and technological systems for the venue; coordinate and liaise with the potential suppliers; and draft the specifications for the procurement process
(f) To compile data of hirers for regular statistical returns and other ad hoc statistical requests
(g) To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
Requirement:
(a) Be a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong
(b) Be a holder of Bachelor's degree or above from a university in Hong Kong in Arts / Humanities / Cultural Studies / Communications / Public Relations / Social Sciences / Events Management or related fields or equivalent
(c) Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
(d) Have at least three (3) years' full-time post-qualification and relevant working experience in the field of performing arts / arts and cultural facility and venue management / entertainment business / project planning or related fields or equivalent, prior to Quotation Closing Date
(e) Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
(f) Have knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, etc. (preferred)
(g) Have knowledge in understanding of floor plans, building plans and electrical plans (preferred)
Working Location: Kowloon Bay Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 09:30 - 18:30 (9 hours included 1 hour meal break)
Contract Period: April 2026 - March 2027 (1-year contract)
Salary: $1377/day
