Duties:
(i) To perform operational duties similar to Assistant Manager, Cultural Services including but not limited to act as Duty Manager for enforcing house rules and regulations as well as handling public enquiries, requests and complaints on operation matters
(ii) To assist Assistant Manager to proceed booking applications of Minor Facilities and arrange relevant logistic matters
(iii) To prepare and issue weekly instructions on front of house and audio requirement of different facilities
(iv) To liaise with hirers and co-ordinate with in-house technical and backstage teams in provision of sound, lighting and stage services to ensure smooth running of events and functions held in the Venue
(v) To assist in the updating the digital publicity and relevant Content Management System of Town Hall
Requirements:
a) A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and be lawfully employable in Hong Kong
b) Be a degree holder
c) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
d) Have not less than three (3) years full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of performance and art administration / cultural organizations / event or venue management with working experience in performing arts venues or art organisations
e) Have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
f) Good written and personal communication skills
Working Place: Tuen Mun District
Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (Additional hour: 18:00-23:00), 45 hours per week with pay meal break, working schedule including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
Contract Period: April 2026 - January 2027 (9 months)
Salary: $139 per hour
