Our client is looking for high calibre candidate to join their team as Contract Administrative Assistant to join their winning team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support include document separation, claims registration and cheque handling
- Handle enquiries via different channels and provide correspondence documentation
- Provide daily support to supervisors
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
- With at least 1 year working experience in office administration and clerical work
- Strong communication skills, able to work efficiently and independently with a positive attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
