Our client is a finance company, looking for a long term part time accounting officer to work on their accounting duties and general administration.
Location: Central
Working Hours: 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Responsibilities
- Handle a full range of general administration and accounting tasks
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintain general ledger records
- Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, document filing, and employee reimbursements
- Support administrative duties such as banking arrangements, record keeping, and document management
- Assist in preparing monthly account balances and financial reports
- Provide secretarial support to the Director when required
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Secondary school graduate or above
- 5–8 years of experience in office administration and secretarial work
- Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently and independently with a positive attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications and MS Office
