Our client is a premium confectionery company, looking for part time/full time sales associate/ manager to join for their team.
Key Responsibilities 工作職責
- Welcome customers warmly, provide expert product knowledge and suggest pairings/gifting options to achieve sales targets
- 熱情接待顧客，提供專業產品知識並推薦搭配及送禮選項以達成銷售目標
- Maintain proper storage conditions, execute FIFO stock rotation, and ensure attractive displays with clear labeling
- 維持儲存條件，執行先進先出庫存輪換，確保商品陳列整潔並標示清楚
- Prepare and offer samples responsibly, following guidelines
- 依指引準備並提供試吃樣品
- Learn origins, production methods, and brand story; communicate brand values and sustainability practices
- 學習來源、生產工藝及品牌故事，傳遞品牌價值與永續理念
- Participate in training and tasting sessions; share customer feedback with the manager
- 參與培訓及品鑑活動，與主管分享顧客回饋
- Collaborate with team for smooth service during peak hours; comply with food safety regulations
- 與團隊合作確保高峰時段服務順暢，遵守食品安全規範
Requirements 任職要求
- High school diploma or above; retail or F&B experience preferred
- 高中或以上學歷，具零售或餐飲業經驗者優先
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented
- 具良好溝通技巧、顧客服務導向
- Basic computer and cashier skills; willing to work shifts and weekends
- 具基本電腦及收銀能力，能接受輪班及假日工作
- Open to work in airport area
- 接受在機場工作
