Our client is a multinational company, seeking a personable and service-oriented Guest Service Representative to support front-of-house operations and client engagement activities. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality who enjoy delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the reception counter with professionalism
- Provide beverage to clients in meeting rooms
- Manage daily phone and email communications in a courteous and timely manner
- Set up and maintain client accounts using the internal system
- Facilitate registration and paddle distribution during events
- Handle in-person payment transactions accurately and securely
- Respond to post-sale inquiries, including coordination of lot collection and shipment arrangements
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel reception, aviation, or the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for face-to-face client interaction
- Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- This role is targeting for those who are looking for long term part time, instead of one-off part time job
- Current period will be: Oct - Dec 2025
