Our client is looking for Call Centre Officer / Assistant to join their expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
- Work closely with internal departments in handling enquiries and complaints
- Training will be provided
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year working experiences, preferably in service industry
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Patient, Polite, Good Phone Manner and able to work under pressure
- General knowledge in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
