Our client is urgently looking for Senior Claims Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess group claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
- Process claim payment and follow up with subsequent clerical duties including filing and mailing
- Handle phone inquiries from distribution chanels
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics or related disciplines
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in the insurance field. Solid experience in hospitalization and accident claims
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Strong customer centric mindset and good communication skill
