Operations Manager

• 1.Build and monitor sales performance dashboards, reports, and prepare business development proposals based on detailed business and data analysis
• 2.Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
• 3.Lead cross-department projects and customer support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting
• 4.Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements
• 5.Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets
• 6.3-5 years working experience
• 7.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field
